Taco Truck!

I'm blown away by this site. The photography just makes me hungry. I've been thinking for quite a while now of starting a similar project here in Denver, if I ever get the time and money.

I've never had a bad meal from a taco truck. I don't know why that is, perhaps they just try harder?

H/T.

We seem to have more burrito trucks. I always see 2-3 on my drive across Denver to the DTC each morning, their drivers heading for destinations unknown, anywhere a person needs a warm pre-fab burrito.

Ther are several on East Colfax through Aurora, more on South Federal. They're actually stationary. Seems it's just an inexpensive way to set up a restaurant.

I volunteer to be your researcher for the southwest Houston area. My services can be secured for a modest retainer and business related expenses (tacos for a month should be a good start).
