It is. Really. We get to watch the Medicare package make its way through Congress and we see there's really no one on our side down there in DC. Well, not many. The Republicans are creating one of the biggest entitlement programs ever, which will screw up the healthcare system even more than it already is, and the opposition party's only complaint is that it doesn't do enough or do it fast enough.

Also, this Libertarian Party op-ed points out that if history is a guide, the prescription drug benefit will cost much more than its advertized $400 billion dollar price tag. As if $400 billion wasn't bad enough.
