Here's my simple analysis of TABOR: The most important and most productive legislation on the books in any state in the U.S. Any state or nation would do well to emulate it.

Of course, Nevada had a law that I considered to be a good one (a super-majority of legislative votes needed to pass new tax increases) that was side-stepped by the Nevada Supreme Court. They didn't even have the balls to overturn the law, they just went around it as if it wasn't there...
